The Moving Meditation and Still Yoga Method, created by
Lisa Nam Vichar,
helps increase flexibility, strengthens concentration and focus,
and creates space in our spirit for what we need.
We practice using gentle postures, conscious breathing techniques, alignment, sound,
deep relaxation routines, Mirth Yoga, and Vedic meditation
to find comfort in movement and in stillness.

When we learn to ease the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit,
find the source of our own inner joy and the freedom to express our life energy.

Moving Meditation and Still Yoga is the remembrance of our connection to this source.
Moving Meditation and Still Yoga is non-religious and non-denominational,
and offers the guidance and wisdom of ancient traditions with modern philosophy and science. 

1Quest travels to your residence for private or couple yoga, community centers,
 retirement homes, or office/work places 

in Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Greenwood, Brooklyn, Columbus, and Bowmanville.
